Grooveology specialise in the classic dance floor songs of the '70s. Our set list reflects our dedication to the grooves guaranteed to get your feet moving. We do not play the 'here today, gone tomorrow' pop songs of the current charts but we do occasionally add a modern classic to our repertoire. If you enjoy quality funk/soul and want your guests to dance all night then Grooveology are your masters of the groove.

The Show

Grooveology cater for up to 2.5 hours of live music, but the set lengths differ depending on the needs of the client. CD's can be provided between sets to keep the party going and people on their feet. These CD's include all the current hits from this weeks top ten right back to the Beatles and all of the disco classics. The CD's are mixed live by the band members using professional DJ equipment and the selection is updated regularly to keep up to date with new music.

You can expect top quality sound, lighting and performance, the ingredients for a spectacular live show. Grooveology come fully self contained with a state of the art 3kw  PA system and a lighting set up that includes sound to light responsive coverage of both the stage and dance floor area. The PA system is capable of providing excellent quality sound for the fully live  band in venues that hold up to a capacity of 300, after which Grooveology has the ability to expand the sound system to fit any venue.
